Welcome

Cedar Rock Village is a peaceful residential community in Johnson City, Tennessee. The neighborhood, built by Windsor Built Homes, finished its last phase in 2019. The neighborhood is a blend of retirees, young families, and working professionals.

Tucked off of N. Roan Street on the west side of the city, nights are starry and quiet, and daytime is sunny and filled with the sound of birds and occasional visits from deer and other wildlife. Neighbors love block parties, taking walks and chatting, and waving to the little children.

Johnson City is in east Tennessee. It's known for outdoor activities at many parks, including Winged Deer Park, which offers boating and disc golf, and Buffalo Mountain Park, with trails and sweeping views. Northwest of the city, Gray Fossil Site and Museum is an active Miocene-era excavation site with mastodon fossils. To the east, Sycamore Shoals State Historic Park is a former Cherokee site with a replica of 18th-century Fort Watauga.

Population: 66,391 (2017)
